ABOUT THE BUILDING
If you frequent Vila Buarque, you may have noticed the building located at Rua Rêgo Freitas 454, close to Praça Roosevelt and overlooking Copan. It is famous in the neighborhood for its charming stepped facade, where the top floors are set back from the street to provide pedestrians with a view of the sky.
Planta renovated the building and made it even more valuable to the surrounding area by offering comfortable apartments for a diverse public.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
There are a total of eight types of plans, all of them well distributed spatially, with wide openings and well served by natural light and ventilation.
The facade was carefully designed to accommodate planters with native Brazilian plants, bringing more color and life to residents and the city.
